Meet Momma, Maycee & Doughcee Dough

We're a mother-daughter team on a small farm homestead just outside Eldon, MO. It started as a simple kitchen experiment — and ended with a bubbly jar of starter with a personality all its own.

That's Doughcee Dough, our winking mascot. Every loaf, bagel and pretzel bite begins with that starter: slow-fermented, baked to order, and made with a lot of love.
